THE WALKTHROUGH
One screen, one rhythm,
from the reopen to the close.
Most trading products are a pile of features. This is a sequence. Below is the whole terminal in the order you actually use it — what's open to anyone, what a seat adds, what compounds the longer you hold one, and what we refuse to claim.
01 / THE MODEL
Two layers. One is open.
Everything in Penthaus sits on one side of a single line — and knowing which side is the fastest way to understand the whole product.
OPEN TO EVERYONE · NO CARD
The market layer
What the market is doing and what it is positioned for. The live headline wire and economic calendar, the VIX regime and term structure, the SPX options desk and expected move, dealer gamma with its walls and flip, spec positioning, the macro board — curve, real yields, the dollar, Fed liquidity, credit — the SEC filings tape, the Globex clock, the event horizon, and The Month.
WHY IT'S OPEN: FOR AN UNKNOWN DOMAIN ASKING $349/MO, A WORKING TERMINAL YOU CAN TOUCH IS THE ONLY HONEST PROOF.
Open the terminalYOURS WITH A SEAT
The desk layer
What you are doing. Every account you run — live and prop-funded — with trailing-drawdown and daily-loss rails. The Session and its plan. The Protocol enforcing your own rules. Your Edge, the Ledger, the Ascent, the Session Print, your alert rules, and The Sheet’s copy button. On the terminal the split is literal: the floors are tabs — and locked floors stay visible on the rail until your key turns them.
WHY IT'S PAID: IT IS BUILT AROUND YOUR CAPITAL AND YOUR RECORD — AND IT GETS SHARPER THE LONGER YOU HOLD THE SEAT.
Apply for the Trial — $4902 / THE DAY
The rhythm the desk runs on.
Sunday 6 PM ET the week starts. Here is a session end to end — and the honest note that the terminal never tells you what to trade. It tells you what's scheduled, what the market is positioned for, and whether you are still inside your own rules.

01
Before the open — The Sheet
The desk composes your briefing: session state, the event horizon, vol regime, expected move, dealer gamma, spec positioning, and your Protocol status. One screen, computed — the morning note the big shops pay analysts to write. One copy button puts it in your journal or your chat.
-
02
Check the schedule — The Month
The prop-firm calendar grid, but carrying the market's schedule: FOMC and NFP in red, OPEX, quad witching, VIX expiry, the quarterly roll, weekly claims, quarter end. Your kept and broken sessions sit on the same tiles — P&L-washed like a funded dashboard, weekly ledger down the side — and every tile opens the Day view: the tape’s timeline on the left, your session’s record on the right, day by day.
-
03
Commit the plan — The Session
The day doesn't start until it's written down. Bias, the level that decides it, and which A+ conditions must be true. The house method counts five: the in-play dealing range, the correct side of equilibrium, entry in the OTE rather than mid-range, the 1M range not opposing, the regime agreeing. Invalidation is a level, not a feeling.
-
04
Trade it — The Protocol
Your rules, enforced live: daily stop, max trades, event blackouts. A master light that goes red when your edge is done for the day. Log a trade with LOG 250 from the keyboard and it's stamped automatically with the gamma regime, the vol regime, the session day, and which trade of the day it was.
-
05
Close it — the verdict and the Print
Close the session and the desk returns a verdict: session kept or session broken, decided by whether you held your own rules — not by whether you made money. Then it renders the Session Print: a card carrying your plan, your conditions, your discipline and your floor. No P&L on it, on purpose — it proves you kept your word, which makes it safe to post anywhere.
-
06
Climb — the Ascent
Every two clean sessions raises your floor, Floor 1 toward the penthouse, with a streak counter and a lit tower on your desk. A standing built on discipline rather than on a P&L screenshot — all the structure of a funded program, none of the rent.
03 / WHAT COMPOUNDS
Week one sells the trajectory.
Week four proves it.
Honest framing: the market layer alone is not worth $349 — which is exactly why it's free. What a seat buys is the part that gets better the longer you hold it. Four things accumulate the moment you start.
Your Edge
After eight logged trades the desk starts answering the question no journal can: when do you actually make money? P&L split by dealer gamma regime, vol regime, session day, trade number, and whether you kept your rules. A journal doesn't know the regime; a data vendor doesn't know your trades. Only your desk has both — this is the desk measuring the profit equation's increments from your own tape, δ by δ — and the Actuary turning that tape into survival odds for every prop account you run.
The Ledger
Every session on the record — date, verdict, trades, violations, P&L — and any closed day's Print regenerated on demand. A stack of Prints is a portfolio of discipline you can't rebuild anywhere else.
Your standing
The Ascent floor, the streak, and a permanent numbered seat on the nameplate of your terminal. Founding members hold Desk №1 through №100 for as long as they hold the seat.
The archive
The desk snapshots gamma, vol, positioning and expected move after every close, building a history that can't be bought retroactively. Corner members get extended history and export.
04 / THE SEATS
What each seat opens.
One price, published, the same tomorrow. The market layer at the top is the only row that never needs a key; every seat — the trial included — carries the full desk. The bold rows are where the seats part ways.

Top Floor (from $1,499/seat) adds multi-seat administration, compliance archiving and custom feeds — desk@penthaus.org. Every paid seat's price is locked while you hold it — Founding alone locks the $249 rate for life. Corner items marked on the receipts page roll out through the founding period.
05 / THE HONEST PART
What we don't claim.
The receipts page is the contract; this is the short version, and it is the reason to trust the rest of the page.
No performance promises
No win rates, no P&L screenshots, no testimonials promising returns. The Session Print carries no P&L by design. Nothing here is financial advice and no outcome is promised.
Delays, published
News and the economic calendar are real-time. Market data is 15-minute delayed via CBOE's free feed — real-time is a licensing cost, and the receipts page names every delay rather than hiding it.
In-build is labeled
The finance-X merge and the congress tracker are marked IN BUILD on the receipts page and in the pricing card. Sample data is labeled SAMPLE on the panel itself, never in a footnote.
The method is a hypothesis
The house method is structure and location — and our own testing says the mechanical version is roughly break-even, with the edge living in selection. That's why the desk stamps every trade: so your numbers, not ours, decide what works.
